Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ExtractFlow’s website, applications, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ExtractFlow provides tools to upload documents, extract structured data with automation and AI assistance, and integrate with services such as Google Sheets and Google Drive. Features may change over time. Some capabilities require administrator approval or third-party accounts.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Administrators of your deployment may approve, suspend, or revoke access. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of law or third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy;
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the Service or other users;
• Use the Service to process data you are not authorized to handle, or to build competing products by scraping or automated extraction beyond normal use;
• Reverse engineer or circumvent security or usage limits except where prohibited law applies.

4. Your content

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit that content.

5. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with Google, Microsoft/Azure, or other providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or outages outside our control.

6. AI-generated output

Outputs from AI features may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them for decisions with legal, financial, medical, or safety implications.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXTRACTFLOW AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100), IF NO FEES APPLIED.

9. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of others’ rights, subject to applicable law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, risk to the Service, or legal requirements. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of your ExtractFlow deployment, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.
